Returns and Refunds
If for any reason at any time you are not entirely satisfied with a product or any aspect of our service, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can immediately rectify the problem. There is no 30-day limit with TheCastletown Health Store but, please note, any claims for damaged goods must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Should you wish to return or exchange any product you have purchased from The Castletown Health Store (health-store.co.uk), we will gladly exchange them or offer a refund.

We are unable to handle any complaints or discrepancies by email. Please contact us by phone on the above number.
If necessary the staff there will inform you of our no-cost method of making your return. For your own security, please remember to obtain proof of posting when making a return. Postage costs incurred when returning an item will be refunded*. If you are not satisfied with a product you must retun it before we can make a refund (We will also refund the return postage).
Our Customer Support Line is manned 9.30am to 5.00pm from Monday to Friday.

On the rare occasions that orders have not been received, please check with your local post office/sorting office as they sometimes forget to leave a calling card.
All our parcels have a returning address attached; so if they should be returned we will be able to advise you.
