International Delivery:
We have increased the number of destinations we ship to and the postage and packaging price is dictated by the location.
International delivery costs will depend on the following factors:

DESTINATION - Some countries have tighter restrictions in relation to customs and excise. For example, quantities greater than six will be deemed as not being for personal use.. Consequently and in order to accomodate these restrictions, we regret we will only allow six items or less of the same item to be ordered and shipped to a non-UK destination. We will email you and advise accordingly if this restriction is not observed.

WEIGHT LIMIT - Overseas parcels are limited to a maximum weight of 2 Kg including packaging. Customers whose orders exceed this weight limit will be emailed and advised of the increased tariff as we will have to send in separate packages.

We will not be liable to you if Royal Mail fail to deliver your purchased goods whether in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.

If you have supplied your email address, we will confirm receipt of your order. If for some reason you do not receive your order within 10 days please call us on 01624 825812.

Please Note: We do not ship to P.O. Box numbers or hotel rooms!

Delivery Schedule
Our stock levels are usually 90 - 95%. However should an item be out of stock we can usually obtain the product for you within 5 to 7 working days. If you have not received your order within 10 working days please contact us. If the product cannot be obtained within 10 working days you will be informed and given the opportunity to cancel or to choose an alternative.

Items that are in stock are processed ASAP - often the same day if the order is received before 2 pm. Orders received after 2 pm are processed but we cannot guarantee shipping until the next working day.

Deliveries are subject to the abilities of the Post Office and although many orders are received the next working day, you should allow 5 working days for delivery especially if it is a large parcel. During the Christmas period orders can be sometimes delayed.

Our online store is open 24/7. Our delivery schedule is governed by the post office hours and they are open 5 days a week. Please consider Public Holiday closing.
Orders received after 1pm on Friday and all orders received during Saturday and Sunday will not be shipped until the following Monday.

International orders are generally received in 7 - 9 working days.
