In our experience, Evening Primrose Oils are certainly not all the same quality and some of the lowest priced oils offer the poorest value because of disappointing GLA levels. This product is ideal for those who prefer a smaller capsule size.
Ingredients: Vitamin E, Evening Primrose Oil and Starflower Oil, Providing Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA), Capsule Shell (Modified Starch, Glycerol, Gelling Agent: Carageenan).
Directions: 1 to 4 capsules daily with a meal.
