Efamarine is a unique mixture of Efamol Evening Primrose Oil and fish body oil from cold salt water fish. It also contains Vitamin E as an antioxidant.
The unique combination of Evening Primrose Oil and fish oil provides a specific ratio of Omega-6 and Omega-3 fatty acids. That optimizes the bodies ability to make a potent and highly beneficial substance called Prostaglandin E1 (PGE1). PGE1 improves cardiovascular function and is a strong anti-inflammatory making it useful to reduce symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis.
Directions for Use: if you are taking this product for the first time, 8 capsules per day with food for the first 12 weeks. Thereafter, 2 capsules per day with food. These levels of intake are based on the indings of research studies which demonstrate that it often takes up to 12 weeks to fill the body's stores of essential fatty acids. After this time a lower intake is sufficient to maintain the body's levels.
