Organic Linseed Oil is a pure, organic cold pressed liquid flax seed oil that provides high potency alpha linolenic acid (ALA) and linoleic acid (LA) as a vegetarian and vegan source of omega-3 & 6 fatty acids.

Provides pure cold pressed Linseed oil (flaxseed oil) which naturally contains 58% omega-3 and 14% omega-6 fatty acids.

Organic Flax Seed Oil (Linum usitatissimum Seeds).

Recommended Intake

One teaspoon (5ml) taken twice daily with food, or as professionally directed. For children between 0 - 3 months, one quarter teaspoon. Between 3 - 6 months half a teaspoon and between 1 - 2 years one teaspoon.
